Can I return or amend one or more products from my order?

We would advise you to always contact us before proceeding to any product amend or return as due to the nature of all our natural products, we must be able to ensure the purity of the products in case of a return. For safety and hygiene reasons, these goods should be able to be resold, which forces us to be very selective when approving such a product return. In case of return of a defective product, as soon as it is received and checked by us, if it is deemed as defective, we will contact you for the details of the return and the potential refund of the shipping costs paid. 

You have a deadline of 4 (four) days from the date of receipt package. The products must be returned to within the above deadline in perfect / excellent condition that could allow them to be resold (in their original closed and sealed packaging, with any accessories, instructions, etc.) and with valid proof that they have not been used or not have been opened or have not been altered in any way. The new products you choose should be of equal or greater value than the ones you change, only in the event which checks and approves the return / change. In case your return is not approved, the products are sent back to the buyer with the shipping costs of the return being borne by the latter.
